Day 3: Not Much To Say...
Hey gang, yeah this is a bit of a late one too, but unlike last night it's not because of a day full of activities, but simply because I just don't have much talk about. I mean, what exactly am I supposed to say about putting almost 3 hours of work into a level run through for this week's Weekly Challenge in Halo: Reach before realizing that I wasn't going to be able to complete it in that particular run? Ugh, another waste of time, but at least it kept me and my buddies laughing for a little while. On another note, this blogging thing has given me a bit of inspiration to start fiction writing again , so keep an eye out for some stuff in the near future. Until next time guys, see ya!

Day 2: Disneyland, Paul, and Halo Rage
Hey gang, sorry this one is going up a little late but today was pretty full of activities so let's get started.
Started off today with me and the fiancée heading on down to Disneyland! That's right folks, the happiest place on earth...was pretty damn crowded. But hey, when you're annual pass holders like us, you get used to that kind of thing. So yeah, we weren't able to go on any rides, but I was able to complete a pin collection I've been working on for a while, so the day wasn't a complete bust.
So after we'd had enough of the crowds we decided to go out and see "Paul". If you haven't seen this movie yet, what is wrong with you?! This movie is a sci-fi nerd's dream. As much as I want to rave about this movie, it would be giving away too much, so I'll just say this: Star Wars Cantina music, in a honky-tonk bar. 'Nuff said.
Okay enough positive energy, let's end on a little negativity. Words can not express the enormous fit of rage that overtook me this morning when I booted up Halo: Reach, took a look at the daily challenges, and was met with "L.D. Spear: Complete Tip of the Spear, without dying, on Legendary with Mythic, Thunderstorm, Tilt, and Tough Luck on". For those of you not educated in the ways of Reach, this type of thing is nearly impossible even with 4 people, let alone by yourself, which in turn makes all my work towards the weekly challenge (completing 24 daily challenges within the week) absolutely pointless. What a waste of time! Argh! Ok, ok, I'm calm, I'm calm. Well folks, I'm gonna hop off of here before I break something, so check back tomorrow for the next entry in my daily record of BigGrim Adventures!

The BigGrim Adventures: Day 1
Oh hai internet, you're looking very sexy today, huh? Ha ha ha ha ha, what a funny story. But no, in all seriousness, nice to see you all here. Welcome, dear readers, to The BigGrim Adventures of Alex Larsen. Who's Alex Larsen, you ask? Why it's me of course! Who am I? Absolutely no one! And that's kind of the point of this blog. Like many existing web celebrities, I am an average everyday guy who thinks that he has a shot at brightening other people's day with regular updates about his everyday life, in the hopes of becoming at the very least semi-famous. Granted, it probably won't explode onto the 'net like I'm hoping it will but until it does I intend to just do daily entries about what I've done that day, no matter what. For example, I spent today playing Halo: Reach and helping my fiancee watch her two nephews/adoptive brothers (don't ask, it's a long story). A pretty boring Saturday, I know, but there isn't a whole lot to do in California when you have a part-time job selling tech for a national office supply chain. Well folks, that's it for me tonight, but check back everyday for a new entry and possible humor (but I wouldn't hold your breath on the humor part).
(Side note: Yes I'm aware that the intro is a lame impression of Tommy Wiseau, as well as a slight ripoff of Linkara's intro to his History of Power Rangers videos, which is again kind of the point because he is one of my biggest inspirations for blogging in general. That is all)
